Look at the Behemoth<\/strong>, which I made as well as you. He eats grass like an ox<\/strong>.<\/mark>
But what strength <\/strong>there is in his body, and what power <\/strong>there is in his muscles!<\/mark>
He moves his tail like a cedar tree<\/strong>. and the muscles in his legs are strong<\/strong>.<\/mark>
His bones <\/strong>are like <\/strong>tubes of brass<\/strong>. His limbs <\/strong>are like <\/strong>bars of iron<\/strong>.<\/mark>
He is the chief of the ways of God<\/strong>. He who made him gives him his sword.<\/mark>
Surely the mountains produce food for him, where all the animals of the field play.<\/mark>
He lies down under the lotus trees, and hides among the reeds in the swamp.<\/mark>
The lotus trees cover him with their shade. The willows of the brook surround him.<\/mark>
He is not afraid of a rushing river<\/strong>. He is confident, though the Jordan swells even to his mouth.<\/mark>
Shall any <\/strong>take him when he is on the watch, or pierce through his nose with a snare?<\/mark><\/p>Job 40:15-24<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n


As we can see from the verses above, Behemoth eats plants. His tail is a big as a tree. He has incredible strength and power. If his tail is as big as a tree, imagine how big he is. This rules out the Elephant, Hippo, and Crocodile, as some try to say these verses are describing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is also “chief of the ways of God”, and “is not afraid of a rushing river”. That also rules out pretty much everything other than a dinosaur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we just use our common sense while reading scripture, this is obviously talking about a dinosaur. One of the first of the works of God, and large enough to not be afraid of a rushing river – an impressive animal indeed. And a plant eater. It’s obviously a Sauropod of some sort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having dinosaurs around at the same time with humans also completely invalidates the theory of evolution and the supposed millions of years of the age of the earth, and speaks to a literal 6-day creation, along with the Earth being only about 6000 years old or so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
